Scheduled for February 27th, 2025
The Hospital at Home Users Group, in partnership with the American Academy of Home Care Medicine, is pleased to present our latest webinar for hospital and system leaders interested in learning about the opportunities and challenges associated with providing acute care in the home.
Pharmacy services are a complex and critical piece of every Hospital at Home program. After four years with the AHCaH waiver, HaH pharmacy practice continues to evolve–programs have leveraged innovations that enhance safety and efficiency and allowed them to expand eligibility to more patient populations.
In this webinar, four panelists from HaH programs around the country will address some of the most commonly asked pharmacy questions and offer current best thinking on a wide range of issues, from the management of controlled substances and 24-hour infusions to the merits of staffing a dedicated HaH pharmacist. We will discuss each expert’s most important learnings and pain points.
