The Hospital at Home Users Group, in partnership with the American Academy of Home Care Medicine and the American Hospital Association, is pleased to present our latest webinar for hospital and system leaders interested in learning about the opportunities and challenges associated with providing acute care in the home.

During the last 18 months, many hospitals and health systems have developed new Hospital at Home programs and begun to provide acute care at home. Once these programs are up and running, how do they know how they are doing? What are the most important quality and safety measures for this innovative model of care? The Hospital at Home Users Group has begun to define these standards, and this webinar will lift up the experience of four different Hospital at Home programs as they have worked to meet (and even exceed) these metrics. Watch the webinar to hear a provocative discussion about quality, safety and program improvement and learn how program standards can help generate better care and build the field.
