Leadership Disclosures
The members of the Hospital at Home Users Group Leadership committee would like to provide the following disclosures:
David M. Levine, MD, MPH, MA:
- Brigham & Women’s Hospital: Full time employee
Dr. Levine receives research funding from Biofourmis (grant and codevelopment), IBM, and the MetroHealth System (fees).
Linda V. DeCherrie, MD:
- Medically Home: full time employee
Dr. DeCherrie serves on the voluntary advisory boards of the American Academy of Home Care Medicine, the Milbank Memorial Fund, and Sweet Readers.
Bruce Leff, Md:
- The Johns Hopkins University: Full-time employee
Dr. Leff serves as a consultant clinical advisor to Medically Home, Dispatch Health, the Chartis Group, CVS, and the Kenes Group (planning committee for World Hospital at Home Congress). He also serves on clinical advisory boards to Honor/Home Instead, MedZed, Patina Healthcare, Koko, and Medtronics. In the early 2000s, Dr. Leff developed Hospital at Home technical assistance tools that were licensed by Johns Hopkins to several entities and, as a result of these license agreements, both the University and its inventors received royalty income. He serves as a volunteer member of the Humana Multidisciplinary advisory board. Dr. Leff’s arrangements and relationships have been reviewed and approved by the Johns Hopkins University in accordance with its conflicts of interest policy.
Albert L. Siu, MD, MSPH:
- Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai: full-time employee
